Important details for exhibitors at the 2024 CPRA Annual Conference in Keystone
Exhibitor Schedule
*Exhibit Hall will be located in the Columbine Ballroom*
Exhibit Hall Traffic Flow:
Tuesday, October 29th
2:45 pm - 3:15 pm - Exhibit Hall Grand Opening!
Refreshment Social for attendees & exhibitors (moderate/heavy traffic)
3:15 pm - 4:30 pm - Education Sessions (light foot traffic)
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Schmoozapalooza!
Door prizes, games, food & cash bars (heavy foot traffic)
Booth Set Up:
Monday, Oct. 28th from 1pm - 5pm
OR Tuesday, Oct. 29th from 8am - 2pm. Your choice!
All booths must be set up by 2pm Tuesday.
The exhibit hall opens at 2:45 pm.
Booth Break Down:
Tuesday, Oct. 29th from 7pm - 9pm
OR Wednesday, Oct. 30th from 7am - 9am
Exhibit Hall Map & Vendor List
Access the Exhibit Hall Map & Vendor List. Please be aware that the some arrangements may shift slightly when the conference center sets up the ballroom. Tables will be marked with a piece of paper that has the vendor name on it so it's easy to find your place.
Reminders!
- Raffle item - Feel free to bring a raffle item to be given away during the exhibit hall.
- Halloween candy/decor - Attendees will be participating in Trick or Treat Bingo during the exhibit hall. Please consider bringing candy or Halloween decor for your booth. All booths will receive bingo daubers to stamp bingo cards.
- Halloween Costumes - Exhibitor costumes are encouraged and prizes will be given out to exhibitors that go above & beyond!
- CPRA Drone Show & Social - Exhibitors are invited to watch the drone show and come to the CPRA Social! Both take place after the exhibit hall ends on 10/29.
- Load-In/Out Questions - See the schedule above for booth setup & tear down times. For specific questions regarding loading in & out of the Keystone Conference Center, please email KeystoneConfServices@vailresorts.com

- A/V Needs - Standard electrical will be available for all booths. Scroll down for any additional A/V needs.
- Keystone Shuttle - Please know that Keystone Resort is providing a shuttle service for the CPRA Conference. See below for details.
Exhibitor Registration Includes:
- 8' W x 10' L booth space
- OR 6' W x 8' L for tabletop display registrations
- 6 foot skirted table plus 2 chairs
- Pipe & drape (inside hall only)
- Electrical hookup
- Wi-Fi Access
- Two booth representatives
- Business name & contact information included in exhibitor directory accessible to all CPRA members.
- Food during the Schmoozapalooza Exhibit Hall
- The opportunity to join the CPRA Social taking place after the exhibit hall ends the night of 10/29.

Keystone A/V Equipment Request
If you need to rent additional A/V equipment from the Keystone Conference Center, check out the Keystone A/V Form and follow the instructions.
NOTE: A standard electrical hookup and Wi-Fi access are included in your exhibit booth registration.
Restaurant Accommodations
Keystone Conference Services has complied a list of restaurants in the area that WILL be open during the CPRA Conference. Access the Restaurant Guide.
Hotel Accommodations
Access the Keystone Resort booking page. If you have an issue booking the days/room type you want, please call 855-948-0696 to book your reservation. Room block cutoff is October 14th.
A note from Keystone Resort:Â "It can take up to 24 hours to receive a lodging confirmation email. If you have any issues booking a room, please contact Global Groups directly at 855-948-0696."
Countdown to the Exhibit Hall Opening!
Conference Center Parking
Conference attendees can park at the Keystone Lakeside Village Conference Parking Lot. This is the same lot where guests can park for the Keystone Lodge & Spa. If your lodging is further away in the Keystone Village, please remember to utilize the Keystone Shuttle Service.
Conference Text Messages
Stay in the loop while you're onsite in Keystone by signing up for exhibitor text messages! Should CPRA need to reach out to exhibitors with any updates while the conference is happening, we will send a text message. It is also an important way for CPRA to get in touch in the unlikely event of an emergency.
